Early shot of Strathmore Cover

I've had a few people ask me if I had any in-progress images of the drawing I did of Erin for the Strathmore 400 Series Drawing Pads.  Here is the only shot I grabbed in progress after sketching in her eyes...

iPad Doodling

Spending a Sunday afternoon catching a little football and doodling on the iPad with the "Paper" app. This was from a somewhat dark photo image of my assistant, Erin that I pulled up on my iPhone and then scribbled away on the iPad - kinda fun for a change.

White Room

This is my latest and largest oil painting, "White Room" -- 5' x 8' with 8 figures. It's my first in a series of paintings that will have a similar palette and subject but will each be unique in composition and size. This is a new direction for me - incorporating more abstracted elements In the piece along with the figures. I captured the images of the models - in this case - 6 (2 of the models appear twice in the painting) - in 3 separate photo shoots with thousands of images.  Thanks to Erin, Jillian, Liz, Allison, Megan and Bailey.  And a special thanks to Erin and Stephanie at the Leedy-Voulkos for allowing me to use the gallery space for the photo shoots.  This painting is already sold, but more to come.
